Commercial Blast Chiller Central Kitchens

This commercial blast chiller is designed for restaurants, hotels, central kitchens, and bakeries. It rapidly cools the core temperature from 70°C down to 3°C in just 90 minutes, and down to -18°C in 240 minutes – quickly passing through the danger zone where bacteria multiply. This preserves the original color, flavor, and nutrition of food while meeting HACCP safety standards. Built with stainless steel, easy to operate, it is essential for improving kitchen efficiency and food safety.
